Sad, but true. Democracy itself is a dire illusion. What board of directors of any corporation would pass anything without 51% of shareholder approval? Yet here we stand with the majority of the world nations that pride themselves in their democracy not enjoying 51% of "we the people" support. Particularly when there are more than 2 political parties to vote divide. Of course no version of "democracy" considers opinions of the "we the people" populace that are unwilling to digest and vote for a candidate that truly has no interest in accountability to the hostage held taxpayer.

Ironically enough, leaders like Bashar al Assad and Vladimir Putin actually do have majority numbers, so the free and democratic world must consider them rotten scoundrels.

The peoples right to self determination is in the U.N. charter. But let us not discuss why Russia conducted a special military operation to reclaim those who wanted to realign with Mother Russia, and sought protection.

May God help us all. For in the New Covenant we have hope.

People before politics. Justice and Mercy for the greater good of humankind.

And for some of this, we must help ourselves, and find are way out of these messes.
